Describe your ideal work team and environment?

Developing a cohesive team is the first step in any project process. My ideal team would have the following characteristics:

A. Proactive

The willingness to view the total project not just their segment of the plan.

B. Teamwork oriented

A desire to promote a general open and thoughtful environment to promote new and innovative ideas.

C. Positive attitude and approach

Self explanatory, who wants to surround themselves with negativity.

D. Communication and Sharing of information

Willingness to make known all findings made regarding projects which have or may have an impact on the overall product(s).

E. Resourcefulness/Creativity

Ability to think "outside of the box" and feel that contributing ideas and discoveries are an important form of communication.
