Describe your organizational skills?

I know that I must stay focused on my targeted deliverables. I must plan for the future. I must stay in Quadrant II, planning and prioritizing versus being in Quadrant I which is staying in a crisis mode. In order to do this I follow the steps below:

-I clearly connect to my vision and values once a week. I begin each day with the end in mind.

-I review my roles in my life. Who are my key relationships and the areas of responsibilities within each role? For example, Spouse, guardian,  son, caretaker, project manager and friend.

-I establish goals for the week. I ask myself What is the most important thing I could do in each role this week to have the most positive impact?

-I organize weekly those tasks that allow me to create a balanced, and quality life. I block out time for my most important role's first.

-I exercise integrity. I put first thing's first, sticking to my plan if possible or change it to achieve a more important goal. I say no to the less important activities to stay focused on my deliverables.

-I evaluate my progress weekly and reflect on both my accomplishments and setbacks for the week.

I ask these questions constantly;

Am I dedicating enough time?

Am I setting realistic but challenging goals?
