bulletExtensive Resume

During my career I have spent the majority of my time in entrepreneurial endeavors in Marketing Automation, Sabre Decision Technologies, and AMRIS (MultiHost, SDT, Sabre Healthcare).  Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and FrontPage.

The past four years have been spent developing an Internet Web Hosting and Development Company.

During the last four years with Sabre.  I Managed Sabre Data Source (SDS) which is a Generalized Stream of Host Data, DataMerge, and Framework Services products.  I also have initiated secondary responsibilities relating to DataBahn and Edifact. During this time period I created a product (SDS) that currently fulfills the need for providing data in a consistent structured data format that is relied upon by both Internal and External Customers.  I have implemented programs that provide data security, data statistics, and version control methodologies that minimizes application revisions due to Message Definition Record (MDR) enhancements. I have also implemented programs that allow online implementation of both MDR and Subset definitions, which save 3 to 5 weeks in the real-time load processes and provide the control necessary to implement changes and enhancements immediately.

I developed and implemented and managed an Intranet and Extranet for dissemination of product information.  The SDS Website provides security from unauthorized external Customer access and provides multiple databases for MDR and MDR Subset displays.

I created and managed the SDS Support Desk, the SDS Marketing Agreement, Documentation of all existing Message Definition Records, and procedures for creation of Functional Specifications and implementation of new and enhanced MDR products.

My primary experiences have been in Sales/Marketing, Project Management, Product Development, Project Implementation and Customer Service. My skills have been developed in both the Domestic and International business environment.

Throughout my employment with the AMR Corporation, I have worked in American Airlines Reservations, Sabre Travel Information Network (i.e. Sabre Product Manager, Sabre Specialist, Sabre Sales Specialist, ADS Regional Sales Manager, Senior Budget Analyst, Sabre Help Desk), AMRIS-TAS (Project Sales Manager, Project Manager, Project Implementation Manager, Product Analyst, Customer Service), AMRIS-Sabre Healthcare (Project Implementation Manager), and DFW Airport (Customer Service Representative, Administrative Liaison, Gate and ticket agent).

My responsibilities required me to communicate with all levels of management and non-management positions both within AMR and with external Vendors and Customers.

As a member of the AMRIS Airline Automation Services group I was involved in creating the company structure, including departmental organization and reporting, justification for headcount requirements, budget and budget recommendations, Appropriation Requests and PD4's, employee recruitment, and inter-company communication procedures. Additionally, I supervised two company moves throughout CPII and a third movement to CPIV including allocation of office space, furniture, company files, and equipment. Concurrently I was in the process of negotiating with Southwest Airlines, PSA, Pan Am, Air Europe, and Hong Kong Dragon Airlines relating to computer system reservations, airport, and FOS integration. I was involved in creating the initial pricing and billing structure, wrote the sales material, and originated the Sales Brochures and advertising in airline trade publications. Additionally, I analyzed various programs, both internal and external (baggage systems, revenue accounting, SAI, FOS) which were deemed to have marketing value to our Airline Customers.

Negotiations involved outlining and analyzing the customers' need in the areas of passenger processing, reservations, communications, weight and balance, flight planning, ticketing, baggage service, accounting, equipment capabilities, and FIDS that are required to effectively operate an airline. I developed, tracked and implemented the Project Plans and the implementation of the Customer selected options.

Essentially, I hope this overview provides you with an appreciation of my background and abilities. In each previous position my responsibilities have necessitated a strong administrative regimen to create and obtain signed contracts, develop project plans regarding computer support services, communication methodologies, provide the primary administrative and implementation support, and negotiate with third party vendors for equipment, programs and/or services.
